Tanya Bansal is a Cybersecurity Automation Engineer who focuses on automating InfoSec capabilities to bridge the gap between business requirements and operational security. Her work accelerates detection, streamlines response, and strengthens cyber defense at scale.

At the 2026 RH-ISAC Summit, Tanya will collaborate with Zach Lockhart to present research examining Deceptive Alignment in Artificial Intelligence, framed within the context of the widespread—and often uncritical—adoption of enterprise AI systems. The session explores how misaligned or deceptive model behavior introduces new trust and cybersecurity risks, and outlines practical approaches for detecting, governing, and operationalizing defenses against these risks within modern cybersecurity programs. This work is presented in a personal capacity.
