The RH-ISAC Cybersecurity Summit is open to any cybersecurity professional who works for a consumer-facing company. Conference attendees range from C-level executives to junior analysts. The majority of attendees are RH-ISAC Core Members, but eligible non-members may also attend.

Speaking Eligibility & Submission Requirements

Presenting opportunities are limited and available by approval only. The RH-ISAC Cybersecurity Summit’s agenda sessions and speakers are selected by a group of RH-ISAC Core Members, comprised of cybersecurity leaders and technical practitioners from retail and hospitality, who oversee agenda development for the program. All parties who wish to participate as a presenter must submit a presentation for consideration that will be reviewed and approved by this group. Approved sessions from companies who provide products or services to cybersecurity professionals must also participate as sponsors.

Abstract submissions should ask questions or frame a discussion for participant engagement. Topics may cover a wide range of subject matter, including best practice discussions, current threats or cybersecurity challenges, game-changing technologies, or other top-of-mind issues for cybersecurity professionals.

Speaking sessions are generally expected to range from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the session type. For instance, if your session is a panel discussion featuring cybersecurity practitioners from consumer-facing organizations, it may be scheduled for a longer time slot, approximately 45 minutes.

Submission Process

Prospective sponsors may submit a high-quality session title, abstract, speaker, and session takeaways via the RH-ISAC Call for Presentations form for consideration. Approval is required for all presenting sponsorships. Speaking and sponsorship go hand-in-hand.

If the session proposal is approved, the submitting company agrees to the corresponding sponsor agreement, including sponsorship payment terms, within 5 business days of being notified of acceptance. If the sponsor agreement is not received within this timeframe, the RH-ISAC may elect to award the presenting sponsor session slot to a different company.

Best Practices for Session Content

Presentation should focus on a use case, partnership with the retail sector, or spotlight on an emerging/trending threat
Session submissions that include practitioner co-presenters from the retail sector will receive preference
Submit practitioner speakers with titles relevant to the sector (C-Suite, Analyst, Researcher)
Keep content vendor agnostic – this is not a sales pitch

Terms & Conditions

Participation

All sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability.
Sponsorship participation is subject to RH-ISAC’s terms of engagement, including agreement to adhere to Traffic Light Protocol (TLP).
Sponsorship access passes are limited to the individual designated at the time of registration. These passes may not be shared, distributed, or reassigned to other individuals during the event. Identification will be verified upon entry, and only the named pass holder will be granted access. Any attempt to share passes among multiple employees will result in immediate revocation of the pass without refund or replacement and may result in disqualification from participating in future RH-ISAC Events.

Sponsor Table

Sponsor table includes a power strip, a 30” round X 42” tall table, linen tablecloth, and two stools
Sponsor may provide one graphical pull-up banner to be used as a backdrop, branded tablecloth, literature, and a high-quality giveaway item
Sponsor agrees to provide a minimum number of giveaways to correspond with number of event attendees
Giveaways may not be ‘raffled’ unless purchased through a prize drawing sponsorship upgrade

Media/Press

There will be no media onsite at the RH-ISAC Cybersecurity Summit
Press releases must be made available to the RH-ISAC for review and approval one month prior to the Summit and in advance of release

Thought Leadership

All speakers and session content must be approved by the RH-ISAC
Sponsor speakers must hold practitioner and/or executive-level professional responsibilities within the cyber threat intelligence, cybersecurity, fraud, or related business units
